Two questions from the SmoothMouse dev team

Two major questions about Quartz Events that we’re currently puzzling over:

1. Weak performance of CGEventPost under GPU load.
2. Detecting CGAssociateMouseAndMouseCursorPosition.

We have a couple of ideas about (2), but clueless about (1).
