When trying to boost an Instagram Reel via Meta Business Suite, the Publish button may be grayed out. In the “Ad preview” area (where your reel should play), you’ll see the message:
Your video is processing. You’ll see a preview here once it’s finished.
Even if the video has already finished processing on Instagram, this message in Ad Preview can persist, blocking you from publishing the ad.
Possible solution:
- Go to Facebook.com
- Look for a popup about the Ads experience.
- Opt to see ads, as suggested in the popup.
Once you confirm, the ad preview will load correctly in Meta Business Suite, and the Publish button should become active again.
